About

Idaho roots. Idaho advocacy.

LP Associates & Agriculture, LLC was founded by a multi-generational Idaho rancher and graduate of the University of Idaho College of Law.

With deep family roots in agriculture and a lifelong connection to the land, the firm brings both real-world ranching insight and legal experience to Idaho's policy and legislative process.

As a young father raising two children in Idaho, the founder is dedicated to protecting the future of Idaho's farms, ranches, and rural communities, advocating for policies that preserve the livelihoods and resources that define the state.

The firm works from both sides of that: the operation and the process.

Founder

Patxi Larrocea-Phillips

Patxi Larrocea-Phillips is the fourth generation of his family to work a commercial beef cattle operation and diversified row crop farm in Idaho. He studied agricultural economics before law, and he works Idaho policy from that same footing: the rules on paper, and what they cost on a working place.
